Rec Room is a workroom for a musician
Rec Room Oy is a music house operating in Pori, the capital of Satakunta. When the legendary Cotton Music Studio was closed in 2010, the staff that ran the studio for the past ten years decided to continue to operate under a new name with renewed vigor.
Rec Room provides a professional workroom for music production, with professional tools. The main focus of the activity is on traditional sound recording, but if necessary, our staff also composes, lyrics, arranges, produces, performs, records, mixes, masters, illustrates, speaks and / or accompanies your music. We also offer music lessons and rental of rehearsal rooms, and we are able to accommodate a 9-person party in our social facilities when studio activities allow.
The Rec Room’s strong staff consists of musicians from the rock bands Maj Karma and Penniless. The main sound engineer is Häiriö Piirinen. We charge mainly on a case-by-case, time- or contract-based basis. We are always open as needed. Contact us for more information!
